Service Desk
The Service Desk is your stop for all your computer questions/requests. We are well prepared and equipped to answer service calls in many areas including:

Computer Hardware & Software
The School of Business's IT Support provides a variety of software and hardware support. Please try to familiarize with the options you may have regarding software and hardware such as:

Network
Are network team provides core network services to all faculty and staff members. We also have dedicated services for the School of Business Administration students. Also, our technical support staff is also available for each service through our Service Desk along with direct contact to the systems administrator group. Lab Services
The School of Business has over 100 lab workstations available for student use. There are three designated labs:
- The Undergraduate Lab located in Stubblefield 204
- The Graduate Lab located on the 4th floor of the Mclamore Executive Education Center
- The Information Resource Lab also located on the 4th floor of the Mclamore Executive Education Center
